Hyundai, HKS team up for SEMA show car

Hyundai and aftermarket parts maker HKS have combined talents to create a specially tuned version of the upcoming Genesis coupe for the SEMA show in November. Though specific details haven’t been released, the Genesis show car will feature a tuned 2.0-liter turbocharged engine and a unique ground-effects kit.

Hyundai says that the show car features HKS-modified engine internals, exhaust, an intake system, engine-management and adjustable suspension in addition to the styling tweaks. At its introduction in New York earlier this year, Hyundai had said that the Genesis coupe was designed to be “tuner-friendly.”
